My name is Dr. Elizabeth Vidon

- and I work with high-achieving leaders who want to lead with clarity, confidence, and intention—without sacrificing their well-being in the process.

Founder | Principal Coach | Executive and Leadership Coach

Whether I’m supporting a leader through a career pivot, guiding a team toward better collaboration, or helping someone regain clarity under pressure, my work centers on one thing: helping people move forward with clarity, courage, confidence, and direction.

I work with senior leaders, executives, women in scientific, technical, and analytical roles and environments, and academics navigating complex transitions—through one-on-one coaching, executive and team engagements, and facilitated workshops.

At the heart of it all is this:  real change begins when we stop trying to fit a mold—and start aligning with who we truly are.

That alignment is where growth, courage, and clarity meet.

My path to coaching hasn’t been a straight line.

Before founding RealEyes Coaching, LLC, I spent years in academia as a research professor, driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior, identity, and meaning. My research explored how people experience authenticity, transformation, and purpose through their relationships with place, wilderness, and self.

But insight alone wasn’t enough. I felt called to bring that work into the real world, where growth isn’t just theoretical, but personal, practical, and alive.

Today, I blend that academic foundation—a PhD in Geography and a lifelong fascination with people, places, and meaning—with professional credentials in coaching psychology, neuroscience-informed methods, and leadership development.

I’m an ICF-certified coach, a Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC), and a trained Emergenetics® associate.

My coaching is rooted in The Alignment Method™ - an ontological and neuroscience-informed framework that helps leaders align who they are and how they lead.  Through this approach, clients learn to:

When leaders align who they are with what they do, they don’t just lead more effectively; they live more fully.

Coaching for people who know there’s more—and are ready to find it
